What a commission costs
Prices follow the document, not a membership. A yearbook is quoted after we know how many chapters you will actually defend.
Storage Routecore bills in Georgian lari. The figures below are starting points so a finance officer can put a line in a procurement note. They are not a menu you pick from a screen. After a short inventory of chapters (or of the existing PDF, for a review) we send a written quote with a deposit of forty percent due on countersignature.
We do not sell monthly access. We do not discount a yearbook because a neighbouring municipality bought one. If two offices want the same chapter structure, they still supply their own extracts and they still pay for their own review round.
Materials we buy for a specific job — extra print proofs beyond the two included, a courier to Tbilisi when you cannot collect — are billed at cost with receipts. Work already drawn, if you cancel, is billed as described on the refund page.
Chart review of an existing report
One volume, up to eighty pages that contain figures. Annotated PDF and a repair list. Optional half-day debrief billed separately if it is not in Batumi.

Municipal performance briefing
Four packs in a calendar year, same indicator list. Chamber copies included. A new administration that changes the list mid-year is a new quote.

Priced by the number of figures in the public pack, including the spokesperson one-pager. Weighting notes are part of the fee; a new round of fieldwork is not.

Annual statistical yearbook
The main commission. Six to eight chapters with a single review round sit at the lower end; bilingual volumes and late extracts sit at the upper end.

What moves a quote
- Number of chapters, figures, and bilingual captions.
- Whether last year’s volume exists and can be followed, or whether this is a first edition.
- Travel outside Batumi for inventory or review.
- Rush against the state or municipal budget calendar — if the printer date is already impossible, we decline rather than surcharge.
- A second review round, which is billed; the first round is in the fee.
