How the Batumi desk handles personal data

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email address, the public body you name, the work you select, a preferred meeting window, and your message. From email and telephone: the same sorts of details, plus any extracts or comments you later attach. From the site technically: the cookie preference described in the cookie notice, and ordinary server logs such as IP address and page requested.

We do not ask for identity-document numbers, health data, or copies of personnel files. Do not put special-category data in the message field.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply, to quote, and to perform a commission. The legal bases under Georgia’s personal data protection rules are the steps needed to enter a contract, the performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in running a small reporting practice and keeping records of what was agreed. Cookie storage for the banner preference is based on your choice.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for eighteen months and then deleted, unless a procurement rule you are bound by requires a longer trail — in which case we keep what that rule requires. Commission files, including extracts and drafts, are kept for five years after final delivery so we can answer a later consistency question about a footnote. Server logs are kept for ninety days.

A Georgian accountant and, if a dispute arises, a lawyer in Batumi. A hosting provider that stores this website. We do not sell lists of officials. If a commission requires a printer or a courier, we give them only the name and delivery details needed for that job.

International transfers

If hosting or email infrastructure stores a copy outside Georgia, we do so only with a transfer tool recognised under Georgian data protection law, and only for the purposes above.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data you provided, and you may object to processing that relies on legitimate interests. Write to hello@storage-routecore.digital. You may also complain to Georgia’s personal data protection authority. Those rights are not a route to reopen a chapter list you already countersigned; that is a contract matter.
