Municipal performance briefing
A quarterly pack for a mayor’s office or sakrebulo: a short set of figures that can be marked up in the chamber.

A municipal performance briefing is for a mayor’s office, a sakrebulo secretariat, or a municipal finance unit that must put a short pack on the desks of elected members four times a year. It is not a yearbook. It is twelve to twenty pages: the indicators the council already agreed, drawn so a member can annotate them during a sitting.
We lock an indicator list in January (or at the start of a new administration) and then update the same figures each quarter. New indicators are added only in writing. Charts stay in the same order so a member who learned the pack in March can find the waste-collection page in September without a covering letter.
The pack is designed to be photocopied. We test that in Batumi before the files leave. Colour is used for series that still read in grey. Captions name the municipal register, the cut-off date, and any street or district that was excluded because the extract was incomplete.
This commission does not include political drafting, press lines, or a speech. If a figure will be used in a public statement, the communications office writes that statement; we only confirm that the number in the pack matches the number they intend to read out.
