Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you commission Storage Routecore to prepare charts, tables, source notes, or a related public-sector report. By sending a written instruction, countersigning a chapter list, or paying a deposit you accept them. If a statement of work says something different on a specific point, that statement wins for that point only.

The work

We prepare documents and figures from extracts you supply. You remain responsible for whether a cell may be published, for obtaining internal approvals, and for the political use of the finished pack. We do not provide legal advice, audit opinions, or official statistics within the meaning of Georgian law on official statistics.

Your materials

Extracts, last year’s volumes, letterhead rules, and comments you send stay your materials. You warrant that you have the right to give them to us for this purpose. We will not use them in another agency’s yearbook.

Intellectual property

On receipt of the final fee we assign to you the copyright in the finished charts, tables, captions, and layout we created for that commission. We keep the right to reuse our underlying drawing habits, checklists, and greyscale tests. We may show a redacted figure in our Batumi office or on this site only with your written permission.

Fees, deposits, and delay

Quotes are in Georgian lari and are valid for thirty days. A deposit of forty percent is due when you countersign the chapter list or repair list. The balance is due on delivery of the final files. If extracts arrive after the cut-off in the inventory, the printer date moves; we are not liable for a sitting you still hold on the old date.

Liability

Our liability for a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission. We are not liable for loss of a vote, a grant, or a reputation after a figure is questioned, nor for printer errors after you have accepted the PDF. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where Georgian law forbids that limit.

Confidentiality

Unpublished extracts and draft chapters are confidential. We will not discuss them with another public body. Finished public reports are public once you publish them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Batumi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply if you commission us as a natural person acting outside a trade.

Changes

We may update these terms for future commissions. The version linked on the day you countersign applies to that job.
